1. Introduction¶

The VAR-SOM-MX91 has a 1.4GHz Cortex®-A55 NXP i.MX 91 processor and offers energy-flex architecture and a cost-optimized solution for embedded designs in various applications. The SoM provides rich connectivity options such as dual CAN-FD, dual GbE, certified dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax/ac/a/b/g/n), BT/BLE 5.4 and 802.15.4, along with industrial temperature grade.
