VAR-SOM-MX93

1. Introduction

The VAR-SOM-MX93 has a 1.7GHz Dual Cortex®-A55 NXP i.MX 93 processor with a 250MHz Cortex-M33 Real-time co-processor, a 0.5 TOPS AI/ML NPU and energy flex architecture for efficient processing. The SoM offers a rich set of connectivity options: camera inputs, audio in/out, ADC, 2× USB, certified dual-band Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax/ac/a/b/g/n), BT/BLE 5.4, 802.15.4 and display outputs, along with 2× CAN bus, 2× GbE and industrial temperature grade.
